Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive Medical Devices channel growth
- Provide technical product training and clinical support to sales teams and healthcare professionals
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with market needs
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Act as primary technical liaison between product development and end-users
- Manage product lifecycles from market introduction to phase-out
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices product management or sales support
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (MDCB, NADA)
- Proven track record in channel management and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience in market analysis and commercial strategy development
- Certification in medical devices or project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
