Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Visit healthcare facilities to promote Arthoworld’s medical products and solutions directly to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical data reviews for potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and feedback reports.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software to track interactions and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is required.
- Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license and own transportation are essential for this field-based role.
