Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals and laboratory staff
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in microbiology product portfolio and industry applications
- Generate sales leads and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific sales strategies and promotional materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and provide feedback to product development team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Medical Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in laboratory diagnostics or microbiology product sales
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex laboratory equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with healthcare professionals
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and customer relationship management
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness for frequent travel
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is advantageous
