As our Product Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and the medical community. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and fostering professional relationships with key oncology specialists and healthcare providers. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to contribute to our mission of providing high-quality pharmaceutical solutions to the Filipino market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and other key medical stakeholders in the designated territory.
- Conduct professional product presentations and clinical discussions to healthcare providers, highlighting the efficacy and safety profile of our oncology portfolio.
- Organize and manage medical events, symposiums, and roundtable discussions to engage the medical community.
- Ensure deep product knowledge and stay updated on the latest clinical trials, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities within the oncology space.
- Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly territory targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or any related healthcare/life sciences field.
- 1-2 years of proven professional experience in Oncology sales or specialized medical sales.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape and the local regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned Metro Manila territory.
