We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Specialist for Ostomy Care to join the dynamic team at DCH Auriga. In this pivotal role, you will act as the face of our brand, bridging the gap between our innovative medical products and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, influencing prescribing behaviors, and ensuring our Ostomy Care solutions meet the evolving needs of patients and clinicians.
Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships with General Practitioners (GPs) and specialists, conducting educational product presentations, and managing your assigned territory effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance within the assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Educate and influence General Practitioners (GPs) and medical specialists on Ostomy Care product benefits and clinical applications.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular product training sessions and market visits to support HCPs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective local sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales data and territory activities via CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, product specialist, or territory management roles.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and GP segment dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
