Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical information to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Organize and facilitate product training sessions and medical seminars for clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to contract closure.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales in Singapore.
  • Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region to meet clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
