Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical procurement officers.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical information to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Organize and facilitate product training sessions and medical seminars for clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to contract closure.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region to meet clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
