In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our innovative pharmaceutical solutions and medical practitioners. You will be responsible for driving product awareness, maintaining consistent hospital coverage, and fostering long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders to achieve sales excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly product targets.
- Conduct regular visits to hospital doctors and medical professionals to promote the company’s product portfolio.
- Maintain comprehensive coverage of assigned medical territories to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Provide technical product education and support to healthcare providers regarding product efficacy and safety.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and physician feedback.
- Organize and facilitate medical product briefings or small-scale clinical presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, or any related healthcare/business course.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a medical representative role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in basic office software and report writing.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a significant advantage.
