Tanggung Jawab
- Manage product information and ensure accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning strategies.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers and internal team members.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for product enhancement.
- Analyze product performance data and generate regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve product-related inquiries and technical issues.
- Assist in the preparation of product brochures, technical manuals, and marketing collateral.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, sales support, or a technical specialist role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex product features clearly.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to be based in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat.
