Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily retail operations including product displays, stock management, and inventory maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Assist in promotional campaigns and visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards
- Monitor product performance and report sales data to management team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and airport security regulations
- Train and mentor new staff on product knowledge and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
