PT Rukun Sejahtera Teknik is currently seeking a highly motivated Product Support for Cutting Tools to join our expanding team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between our innovative cutting tool solutions and our industrial clients.
As a Product Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on demonstrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance with our tools. This position offers excellent exposure to manufacturing environments in Cikarang and Jakarta, requiring a candidate who is comfortable with mobile field work and possesses a strong technical aptitude for machining processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and product demonstrations for cutting tools at client facilities.
- Conduct product trials to ensure customer requirements are met for specific machining applications.
- Troubleshoot technical performance issues and provide actionable solutions to optimize tool life and efficiency.
- Conduct technical training sessions for client operators and production teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in industrial accounts.
- Prepare technical reports on product performance and customer feedback for the internal engineering team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and technical guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in machining, CNC operation, or industrial tooling/cutting tools.
- Strong understanding of cutting tool materials, geometries, and manufacturing processes.
- Willingness and ability to perform frequent field visits (mobile) across Cikarang and Jakarta areas.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional client engagement.
