As our Product Trainer, you'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with product launches and promotional campaigns. You'll conduct hands-on demonstrations, create engaging training modules, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent product knowledge across all retail touchpoints. - Develop and deliver engaging product training programs for retail staff and sales associates
- Create comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and assessment tools

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product training or retail education
- Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products and technologies
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to create engaging training materials in multiple formats
- Experience developing training programs for retail environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in training software and digital presentation tools
