Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct engaging product knowledge training sessions for sales teams
- Design technical-soft skill training programs to enhance sales performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation
- Coach sales personnel on product applications and customer interaction techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to align training with new product launches
- Monitor training schedules and ensure seamless execution across Jakarta area
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve training content
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product training or sales coaching
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/apothecary products and regulations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
- Experience developing training materials and e-learning modules
- Proven ability to analyze training needs and implement solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office and training management software
