We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our production operations through efficient administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth workflow in our manufacturing facility.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of up to RM4,500 monthly, plus AWS (Additional Wage Supplement), performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within our organization. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 6:00pm in a professional and supportive environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Handle inventory management and tracking of production materials
- Assist in scheduling and organizing production meetings and activities
- Prepare and distribute administrative communications and notices
- Support the production department with various administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and track production performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of production processes is an advantage
