As a Production Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing production data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain production reports and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are maintained
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in production analysis or operations management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
