Join HOKBEN's dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Analyst and become a key driver of operational excellence. In this critical role, you'll analyze production costs, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and profitability. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Your expertise will directly impact our production planning, resource allocation, and budget forecasting, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers while maintaining competitive market positioning.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes through accurate production cost modeling
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard production costs
- Develop and maintain production databases and reporting systems
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures for production analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing cost analysis or production planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and production management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to stakeholders
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and cost accounting methodologies
