Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure operational targets are met on time and within quality specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production floor staff to maintain a high-performing and safety-conscious work environment.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine uptime and equipment reliability.
- Enforce strict adherence to ISO standards and company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and material flow to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare regular analytical reports for management regarding production output, yield rates, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure setting.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
