As we continue to expand our operations in Indonesia, we are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant Manager to join our team in Jawa Timur.
In this critical role, you will assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, monitoring production schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in the tobacco or manufacturing industry is preferred
