Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules for Ice Cream and Liquid Milk manufacturing lines to ensure timely delivery.
- Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Monitor product quality in real-time and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular risk assessments.
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve equipment issues and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably within the food and dairy industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse production team.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, and other food safety management systems.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) for production tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
