Conweld Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Production Clerk to join our expanding team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area. As a vital link in our production operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes run smoothly to meet our high engineering standards.

In this role, you will work closely with the production management team to track workflow, manage inventory data, and maintain essential operational logs. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their accuracy and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and update daily production schedules to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
  • Prepare, organize, and file production reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of production supplies.
  • Perform data entry tasks into the company ERP system with a high degree of precision.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in production data to the department supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in organizing documentation for quality control audits and safety compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or administrative clerk role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willingness to be based in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management software is an added advantage.
