Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet customer demand
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency targets
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production control or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and reports
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
