Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to optimize workflow
- Develop and maintain production control documentation and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across production lines
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for production activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production control or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
