As a Production Controller, you will play an essential role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, managing material schedules, and ensuring our production lines run efficiently to meet consumer demand and company targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and timely product delivery.
- Analyze material requirements, coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams, and prevent inventory shortages.
- Liaise closely with production supervisors to address operational bottlenecks and maintain consistent output.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive production performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to maintain accurate planning data, tracking jobs from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality control standards and plant safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Production Planner, Controller, or Scheduler within a manufacturing setup.
- Excellent knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of problem-solving under tight deadlines.
- Good command of English (written and verbal) to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
