Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily production schedules and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor inventory levels and raw materials to prevent production delays and ensure continuity.
- Facilitate effective communication between production teams and international partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reporting documents.
- Liaise with logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Proven experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
