Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise thermoforming machine operations to ensure optimal productivity
- Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions for non-conformance
- Train and mentor production staff on machine operation and safety procedures
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet delivery targets
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in thermoforming or plastic manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of thermoforming machinery and PET/plastic processing
- Experience in team leadership and production supervision
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management
- Problem-solving skills for technical and process-related issues
- Basic understanding of quality control systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
