Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee production processes to ensure operational efficiency and project timelines are met.
- Monitor production output and quality standards to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all production sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize workflow throughput.
- Manage production schedules, equipment maintenance logs, and raw material inventory effectively.
- Analyze production data and prepare comprehensive reports to support management decision-making.
- Supervise production floor staff, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in production or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
