We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Engineering Assistant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Cikande. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure alignment with strategic production goals.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of production engineers and operational staff.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Optimize raw material usage and reduce manufacturing waste to improve cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operating at peak performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production output, efficiency metrics, and performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the rubber manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
