Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow optimization across manufacturing units
- Facilitate communication between production, quality control, and supply chain departments
- Monitor inventory levels and material availability to prevent production bottlenecks
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Prepare production reports, performance metrics, and operational improvement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Liaise with external vendors and logistics partners for material procurement and distribution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing operations or production coordination
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and production management software
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities in cross-functional environments
- Detail-oriented with commitment to quality standards and safety compliance
