Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure manufacturing targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Monitor production processes closely and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Quickly troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate effectively with maintenance and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports, inventory logs, and necessary operational documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Production Foreman, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and resolve conflicts within a team.
- In-depth understanding of production safety standards, Lean manufacturing, and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to be stationed on-site in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
