- Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and workplace standards
- Train and mentor production staff to optimize performance

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision/foremanship
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Certification in OHS standards and safety management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a manufacturing environment
