Join Indofood's dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Group Leader and drive operational excellence in our diaper production facility. This critical leadership role requires hands-on experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, with a preference for candidates from the hygiene products industry. You'll oversee daily production workflows, ensure adherence to quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
As a key driver of continuous improvement initiatives, you'll collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production processes. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to mentor operators, implement lean manufacturing principles, and resolve production bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations for diaper manufacturing lines
- Lead and mentor 15-20 production operators to achieve performance targets
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product specifications
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and preventive care
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies
- Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Preference for candidates with diaper/hygiene products industry background
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
- Advanced problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Proficient in production planning and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication and team development abilities
