Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire production operations including planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing processes
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product consistency and safety standards
- Lead and develop production teams through effective training, performance management, and mentorship
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize operational costs
- Monitor KPIs including productivity metrics, quality rates, and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and company policies
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Proven track record in implementing operational improvements and cost reduction strategies
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or other food safety management systems
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
