Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with business objectives and customer demands
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with quality control protocols and industry regulations
- Optimize resource allocation (materials, equipment, labor) to maximize output
- Collaborate with R&D to implement new technologies and process innovations
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management/manufacturing leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing production processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Expertise in quality control systems (ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
