Join Adetex, a leading garment manufacturer, as we seek an experienced Production Head to lead our operations in Banjaran, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire garment production lifecycle, ensuring seamless workflow, cost efficiency, and uncompromising quality standards. You'll drive process optimization, manage cross-functional teams, and implement lean manufacturing principles to exceed production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end garment production processes including cutting, sewing, and finishing
- Develop and implement production plans to meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements
- Lead, mentor, and optimize production teams to maximize efficiency and output
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, defect rates, and production costs
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality assurance departments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of garment production management experience
- Proven expertise in garment manufacturing processes and machinery
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
