Bhd. is offering an exciting 3 to 6-month internship opportunity for ambitious students at our facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of modern manufacturing environments.
As a Production Intern, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will be integrated into our core operations, working alongside seasoned industry professionals to support real-world production, assembly, and quality assurance processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily production operations and assembly line activities to ensure output targets are met.
- Assist Quality Control (QC) teams in performing inspections and testing on components and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including logs, checklists, and output reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Participate in 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimize the production floor layout and efficiency.
- Monitor material inventory levels to prevent downtime on the production line.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and health regulations to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
- Available for a full-time internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- Strong analytical mindset with an attention to detail for quality inspections.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) for data tracking.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team setting.
