Join Lautan Natural Krimerindo as a Production Liquid Manager and lead our liquid manufacturing operations to excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of end-to-end production processes, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with industry standards. You'll drive operational excellence by implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining rigorous quality control protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee all liquid production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance measures
- Optimize production workflows through process improvement initiatives and technology integration
- Manage production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Develop and maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate with procurement to manage raw material inventory and supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in liquid production management within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations (OSHA/HACCP)
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in production management software and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making and problem-solving
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication
