Tanggung Jawab
- Operate textile production machinery following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime
- Inspect finished products against quality specifications and report deviations
- Document production data accurately in daily logs and quality reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work environment according to 5S standards
- Participate in cross-training programs for equipment flexibility
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in technical/mechanical field
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial machinery
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime when needed
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
