Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures promptly.
- Monitor production lines for irregularities and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Perform daily safety checks and ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities during non-peak hours.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs and records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and setup of new production equipment.
- Respond to emergency repair requests during shifts to ensure continuous production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Holder of a Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a production maintenance or similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of PLC systems, industrial automation, and basic electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and noisy areas.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class 3) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
