Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement strategies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations as well as environmental standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and distribution of finished goods.
- Prepare and manage production budgets, track operational costs, and present performance reports to senior management.
- Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet company and industry specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and quality control principles.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
