Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all production operations, including blown film, cast film, and printing processes
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies
- Lead, train, and develop production staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Manage inventory control and coordinate with procurement for raw material requirements
- Analyze production data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the flexible packaging industry
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in production planning systems and quality management tools
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
