Join PT AUCMA INDONESIA INDUSTRY as a Production Manager and lead our manufacturing operations to new heights of efficiency and excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire production cycle from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with business objectives
- Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams through performance coaching
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements in production output
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics for seamless supply chain integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within manufacturing
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean manufacturing implementation
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience in budget management and cost reduction initiatives
