Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet quality and quantity targets
- Optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics to prevent production bottlenecks
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and procurement
- Develop and maintain production schedules while ensuring on-time delivery
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
- Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and production management software
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
