Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and oversee Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in production processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, food safety regulations, and occupational health & safety protocols.
- Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to maximize output and minimize waste.
- Develop, coach, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring proper training and development.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance departments to resolve operational issues and enhance inter-departmental synergy.
- Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or safety.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in production management within the FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels.
