Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end food production processes from scratch
- Lead and develop high-performing production teams through coaching and mentorship
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and local regulations
- Monitor production KPIs and implement data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency opportunities
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance departments
- Drive safety culture and ensure zero-accident production environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in food production management with system-building experience
- Strong expertise in HACCP, GMP, and Indonesian food safety regulations
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing
- Advanced analytical skills for process optimization and cost management
- Experience in scaling operations in fast-paced international environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional collaboration
