In this position, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process, optimizing workflow efficiency, and maintaining strict quality control standards. You will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure our products meet both our exacting standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in garment manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of production management principles.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of garment production, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage production teams, including supervisors, operators, and support staff
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production cycle
- Address production issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment production management
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and techniques
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing production teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in production management software and tools
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
