Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire garment production cycle from pattern-making to final inspection
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Manage production teams, including training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Optimize resource allocation and inventory management to reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ethical manufacturing practices
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control departments
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in garment production management
- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and machinery
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., TPL, ERP systems)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Understanding of international textile standards and quality control
- Experience with sustainable manufacturing practices preferred
