Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and optimize production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow prioritization
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
- Lead and develop production teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Manage inventory control and procurement of production materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within manufacturing
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Six Sigma preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
