Are you an experienced leader ready to drive manufacturing excellence? Oriental Yuhong is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager based in Cikarang. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our production operations, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products while maintaining strict safety and efficiency standards.
As a Mandarin speaker, you will serve as a vital link in our global operations, facilitating seamless communication with international partners and internal stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily production workflow to meet strict deadlines and output targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team to ensure optimal performance and morale.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet international standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments to manage raw material inventory and procurement.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the factory floor.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, costs, and efficiency for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin language (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
