Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Ability to operate industrial machinery and read technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail with quality-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
