Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets
- Ensure product quality through regular inspections and adherence to specifications
- Maintain workplace safety standards and follow all safety protocols
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing production environment
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes
