Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce medical device components per specifications
- Assemble and package finished products with precision and quality control
- Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements for medical device production
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following GMP standards
- Conduct basic quality checks and report production discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
